Sending a Tribute Card is a special way to honor someone who is celebrating or commemorating an important occasion or to send get well wishes or condolences while supporting student service through Madison House.
Tribute Cards may be given to commemorate any occasion including:
Honoring someone who has passed
Congratulations and celebrations
Graduation
Get well wishes
Special birthdays
Your honoree or their family will receive a card in the mail with your own personalized message. As a donor, you will receive an acknowledgement of your generous contribution.
Pre-Packaged Tribute Cards
For your convenient use at any time, you can also purchase a package of six individual cards for $75, with the proceeds going to support the Madison House mission of student leadership, community service, and personal growth. Use them to commemorate an occasion or just let someone know you care.
