Homemade Butter

Supplies

  • Glass Jar | 1

  • Heavy cream (35% whipping cream) | 1 carton

Directions

  1. Fill your jar halfway with the heavy cream

  2. Put the lid on tightly and SHAKE

  3. After a while of shaking the liquid should thicken because of the combination of compounds

  4. As the cream thickens you get whipped cream!

  5. If you keep shaking the whipped cream eventually turns into butter!
